Site operator and contact
The regeneration-medias.ch website is published by Fonds Régénération Médias, hosted by the Générosité Foundation, Taubenstrasse 8, 3001 Bern, Switzerland. For questions about your personal data, contact info@regeneration-medias.ch.
Contact forms and enquiries
The information you provide is used to respond to your enquiry or process your donation pledge. Required fields are marked. Submitting a pledge on this website does not trigger a payment or debit. Messages are emailed to the people responsible for Régénération and kept for as long as needed to follow up your enquiry and meet applicable obligations.
Hosting and security
The website is hosted in Switzerland by Infomaniak Network SA. Technical logs, which may include your IP address and the time of access, may be processed to keep the website running securely. Forms use a security session and submission limits to prevent abuse. Connections are encrypted using HTTPS.
Cookies and external services
This website has no advertising or marketing tracking. We use Umami, operated by ark.swiss, for audience statistics: pages viewed, referring sites, approximate country and general browser and device information. No analytics cookies are set. Names, email addresses, messages and donation amounts entered in forms are not sent to Umami; URL parameters and fragments are excluded. Do Not Track and Global Privacy Control signals are respected when provided by the browser. A strictly necessary session cookie protects the forms. Fonts and images are hosted with the website. Links to partner websites lead to independent services with their own privacy policies.
The forms are protected by Cloudflare Turnstile, provided by Cloudflare, Inc. The service assesses technical information about your browser and connection to distinguish legitimate use from automated abuse. This may involve processing data outside Switzerland. If you prefer not to use this service, you can contact us directly by email.
Your rights
You can contact us to request access to, correction of or deletion of your personal data, subject to legal retention requirements. Write to info@regeneration-medias.ch. If necessary, you can also contact the Swiss Federal Data Protection and Information Commissioner.
Updates
This privacy notice was updated on 2 November 2026. It may be revised if the way the website operates changes.
Your audience statistics preferences
You can disable statistics for this browser. Your choice is saved locally and does not affect the security checks protecting the forms.
